This construction, built in 1963, was influenced by the vertiginous changes in the urban plans of the cities around the world. It followed the architectural design of the city of Brasilia as part of the modernization works of the city. Inside is the meeting room whose walls highlight the liberal and progressive past of the city, closely linked to national history.
